Is calling a chav a chav racist?

 Alot of people are talking about how calling a chav a chav is racist. so I thought I would see if it is indeed true.
 I am not known for my soft handed views on Chav's and there ways of being total dicks and wastes of space and carbon but with all that aside lets see what you all think.

 The Chav. comes in many colors, black, white, red, grey and green. They have less than average intelligence and there main goal is to breed and smash things.

 So if you wear a Trackie but have average Intelligence and know how to wear a condom you can't be a Chav.

  The Chav has it's own junkie language made up of a nasal young boys voice with no  actual words just sounds with grunting and shrugging.

 Again you can't be a chav if you can speak English (not slang that's boarder line chav)
 
 The statement you have to be poor to be a chav is false look at katy perry, rich chav. ( and dead which just shows what happens to rich chavs)

So the conclusion to all of this is:
 The term Chav is neither Racist or unfair. you can't say calling a cup a cup is racist just because that's what it is.

  SO CHAV"S ARE CHAV"S  plain and simple.
